Envisioning Possibility | Expanding Opportunity | Enriching Community | Empowering Organizations
Every possibility begins with the courage to imagine what does not yet exist.
Every new school year, my Dad would take us shopping for new school supplies. I loved choosing binders, pens, pencils, rulers, and everything else I would need for the year ahead. It wasn't the supplies that excited me. It was what they represented: a fresh start, new discoveries, and endless possibilities. Everything was possible.
That feeling has never left me.
To this day, when I begin a new project, I feel the same excitement and anticipation. What new tools will I need? What discoveries await? What possibilities will emerge? Who might join me on the journey? Each perspective contributes a unique thread. As those threads are woven together, a more vibrant and complete picture emerges.
As a child, I imagined becoming an architect, a psychologist, a surgeon, a storm chaser, and a dozen other things. While the careers changed, the curiosity behind them never did. I loved understanding how things worked, imagining what they might become, and exploring how those possibilities could create new opportunities for others.
Over time, those interests found new expression. The little girl who dreamed of designing homes grew into a woman who designs organizations. A fascination with storms became a fascination with the winds of change. A love of learning became a passion for helping others discover possibilities they may not yet see for themselves.
The threads below represent some of the experiences, insights, and lessons that have shaped my journey. Some began in classrooms. Others emerged through work, service, and life. Together, they continue to influence how I learn, lead, connect, and grow.
