I’ve always been driven by one question:
How can I help people feel connected, valued, and inspired by the work they do?

I began my career in marketing and sales, believing that if you match people with the right products and services, everyone wins. And while that was true in many ways, over time I saw something deeper:

Too many people show up to work feeling unseen, unsupported, or unsure that what they do even matters. They lose sight of their own potential. They don’t see how their contribution fuels the whole. And slowly, their spark fades.

That realization changed the entire direction of my life.

So I shifted my heart and my work toward where transformation truly begins:
